What are my rights under the GDPR?
You have many rights relating to your personal data. Additional information on your rights can be requested directly from the data protection regulator within your country. Your rights include:
- The right to object to processing
You have the right to object to certain types of processing, including processing for direct marketing. - The right to be informed
You have the right to be provided with clear, transparent, and easily understandable information about how we use your information and your rights (such as the information provided in this policy). - The right of access
You have the right to request access to your information and certain other information relevant to how your information is obtained and used. There may be a small fee associated with this request. - The right to rectification
You are entitled to have your information corrected or amended if it is inaccurate or incomplete. - The right to erasure
This right, also known as ”the right to be forgotten,” allows you to request that your information be permanently deleted or removed if you feel that you no longer want us to keep and use it. There can be exceptions to this dependent upon the situation. - The right to restrict processing
You have the right to block or suppress the further use of your information. When processing is restricted, we can still store your information, but may not use it further. We keep lists of people who have asked for further use of their information to be blocked to make sure the restriction is respected in future. - The right to data portability
You have the right to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services. For example, if you decide to switch to a new provider, this enables you to move, copy or transfer your information easily between our information technology systems and theirs safely and securely, without affecting its usability. - The right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint about the way we handle or process your personal data with your national data protection regulator. - The right to withdraw consent
If you have given your consent to anything we do with your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (although if you do so, it does not mean that anything we have done with your personal data with your consent up to that point is unlawful). This includes your right to withdraw consent to us to use your personal data for marketing purposes.

On what basis do you process my personal data?
Personal data is processed by INDATUM based on your consent when you provide your information to us in order to facilitate communication with INDATUM.
Is the provision of my personal data a statutory requirement?
No.
Is the provision of my personal data a contractual requirement?
Some of your personal data, such as your name and contact information may be required in order to facilitate communication with INDATUM.
Should you choose not to provide your personal details to us, we would be unable to facilitate communication.
Do you run any auto-decision making or profiling on me?
No, we do not.
Will my personal information be stored or retained?
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
Will my information ever be transferred internationally?
We may transfer your personal data outside of your country when it is required that we do so. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
